Class Focus: Fascinating Forest Friends

All camps located on private land, “New Arcadia”, a short walk into the enchanted forest and in the shade at the StarHouse, 11 minutes from downtown Boulder.

Is it summer yet? We’re certainly going to act like it is in this gap summer camp! We invite you to join us as we explore the forest and learn about who is hiding in the woods during this 4 day camp. We’ll have a good, old-fashioned introduction to the land by exploring under the trees, looking for animal tracks, identifying plants eaten by the many woodland creatures and creating our own animal ID books. Come have a shady and fancy-free start to your summer!

All weeks of camp include a fun and balanced approach to the day; blending hands-on projects with free play by the creek and under the trees. We love energetic group games, music and storytelling, and of course, we enjoy eating together--all campers please bring a sack lunch, snack and water bottle.

For ages 6-12, maximum of 14 campers.

4 day camp tuition: $420

Aftercare Tuition is $80 from 3-4pm, $160 from 3-5pm, minimum of two campers required to offer aftercare, select camper option labeled “+ Aftercare” in drop down menu.
