Refund Policy
Tuition for Living Arts Summer Camps must be pre-paid and is non-refundable unless you disenroll your child prior to April 1. If you disenroll, a $150 disenrollment fee will be retained, per camp session, per child. Additionally, any remaining tuition will be refunded according to the following schedule: before March 1, you will receive a 50% refund of remaining tuition (minus $150 fee), from March 1 until March 31 you will receive a 25% refund of remaining tuition (minus $150 fee). No refunds are offered on any camp session starting April 1.
Tuition for Wee Folk Forest Summer Camps must be pre-paid and is non-refundable unless you disenroll your child prior to April 1. If you disenroll, a $200 disenrollment fee will be retained, per camp session, per child. Additionally, any remaining tuition will be refunded according to the following schedule: before March 1, you will receive a 50% refund of remaining tuition (minus $200 fee), from March 1 until March 31 you will receive a 25% refund of remaining tuition (minus $200 fee). No refunds are offered on any camp session starting April 1.
Please note, for children who are enrolled in a Wee Folk Forest Summer Camp and are not fully potty trained by the time their camp session begins, we will be unable to welcome them to camp, and also will be unable to offer a refund on their camp tuition.
